We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Free of visible damage, scratches, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or engraved pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off at your nearest courier location.
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the item you want costs more, you'll be charged the difference.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
